What happens if the house sells before I receive any brochures?
In a case where the house sells before the brochures are produced, the invoiced amount will be prorated depending when we are notified and how far along we are with the completion of the Proof in PDF form (the proof brochure file that is sent to you via email) once the PDF Proof is emailed or is ready for emailing …virtually all of the work on the part of ACT Designs has been completed (except printing) and therefore the full amount of the invoice is due. Credit will then be added to your account in the form of what is called “Printing Credits” which simply means that you can order additional brochures of a past current or upcoming job at your discretion until those printing credits are used up.

What happens if I sell the house one or two days after it has been photographed?
This is a situation where the amount that you are invoiced will depend on how far along we are with the layout, print enhancement and design.
For example: If it is the day or two after the photography session, and we have not yet begun the enhancement of the images and layout, you will then be invoiced for just the on-location photography. However, if we have already enhanced some of the images for the brochure layout …you will then be invoiced up to that point. You must however let us know ASAP about the status of the changes so that we can stop the working process on your order and invoice you accordingly. If you sell the house and neglect to notify us and then receive a proof via email…it is too late to prorate our invoice…the work has already been done and the amount is due in full and you will be issued “Printing Credits”.
NOTE: Please understand that most of the time spent designing your brochure is on the enhancement of the photographs that will be placed in the brochure as well as on the internet. It takes hours of skilled art work to produce a beautiful sky, green grass & lawns, lightening & darkening images and removing unwanted objects (telephone poles, wires etc).

How do I use up my accumulated Printing Credits?
Simply pick up the phone or email us as to how many brochures you want printed of a current or previous job.
For example: Say you have 20 – 11x17 Color Brochures in credits and you have run out of brochures of one of your current listings that consists of 11x17 brochures. …You can email (or phone) us with the amount that you would like to be printed and we will print and deliver those to you and deduct that amount from your account…being that these are “Credits” you will not be invoiced for theses. If you only order 10 brochures….the remaining 10 brochures will remain in your account as “Printing Credits” for future use.

I have Printing Credits for 20- 8.5x11 Bookfold Brochures, can I order the 11x17 Brochures?
No, you cannot. When you order form printing credits that are in your account, they must be of equal value of that size brochure that was previously used.
