WHO IS ACT DESIGNS

Owned by Carl Joseph (Photographer/Graphic Artist)  Act Designs has been in operation for 10 years.

After being approached by several Real Estate agents for photographic assignments, Carl saw a need for a service which he could provide to local agents in the South Hills Area. It wasn’t long before his creative work was noticed by the Realtors. They realized that Carl’s marketing brochures were a great way to represent their  listings in a very professional manor. The most exciting thing was that agents soon learned that if they offered to represent their prospective clients in this professional manor...they got that listing. 

Offering something that was unique, beautiful and very professional made everyone happy.  The Agent got the listing, Carl got the assignment, the Sellers got a memento of their home (which made a lovely keepsake) and the Buyers  got something to take home with them that was a visual of the home they “fell in love with”.

Carl runs ACT Designs out of his home, keeping a low overhead and making his brochures and creations very affordable.  He uses only the finest cameras, computers, printers & papers. He creates his marketing pieces from beginning to end, which includes contacting the owners and setting up the appointment for the shoot, poetic verbiage for the brochures and a quick delivery, leaving the agent more time to do what they do best ...getting new listings.
